CEOUL is committed to offering 100% authentic skincare, beauty and cosmetic products sourced through trusted and reliable supply channels.
We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, imitation or unauthorized replica products.
Brands may periodically change product packaging, labels, formulations, ingredients, colours or designs. Therefore, the product received may occasionally differ slightly in appearance from photographs displayed on our website.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products should be reported to CEOUL promptly with the requested supporting information.
All eligible returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to our Delivery & Returns Policy and applicable consumer protection requirements.

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact CEOUL as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched or transferred to a delivery partner, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
